The exhibition will present selected works of Japanese calligraphy from a competition launched in cooperation with the Association for the International Development of Calligraphic Culture in Tokyo and major Japanese national dailies. Both traditional and avant-garde works were submitted. Thus, like in past competitions, a large range of writing types and calligraphy styles is presented.
