Čeněk Folk focuses on photographic documentation of paintings and sculptures in high resolution and their digital post-production to achieve the most faithful possible reproductions. He works with the legacy of classic photographic techniques, engaging in educational activities and darkroom photography.
He has worked in the NGP’s Photography Studio since 2019. He is a graduate of the Professional Film High School in Písek (camera), Masaryk University in Brno (theory and history of film and audiovisual cultures) and the Prague Film School FAMU (photography). As a photographer, he cooperates with the bimonthly publications Nový Prostor and A2.
