Ak. mal. rest. Dagmar Konvalinková

Dagmar Konvalinková studied Restoration of Painted Artworks and Polychrome Sculptures (Professors Jiří Toroň and Karel Stretti (1985 – 1991) at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague. In the National Gallery Prague, she has specialised in 20th century painting conservation since 1999, carrying out expert artwork inspection emphasising preventive protection. Dagmar Konvalinková assesses loan and exhibition proposals from a technological and material point of view, suggesting manipulation and transport procedures, preparing artwork condition protocols, and accompanying artworks transported abroad. She participates in NGP exhibition projects and is involved in individual loans.
