How to become a member of NGP Club of Friends?
Membership can be purchased:
  • at any NGP ticket office during the opening hours. The membership card is  issued immediately after filling out short registration form;
  • by bank transfer or payment card via the online registration here.
Is it possible to choose the beginning of the card validity?
Yes, it is. All you have to do is mention the required date at purchase. The membership card is valid for one year, e.g. from December 24, 2019 until December 24, 2020.
For whom is the Family card intended and where can it be purchased?
The Family card is intended for two adults living at the same address and the maximum of five children under 18 years. It is available at all NGP ticket offices or online. There are two names indicated on the Family card.
How to purchase the membership in the Senior category?
Membership card can be purchased at every NGP ticket office after presenting ID confirming the age over 65 of future member. If you want to buy a membership as a gift, it is necessary to prove the age of the member with a copy of the ID. It is not possible to purchase the advantaged membership unless you present the ID or a copy of the ID.
How to proceed after filling-in the online registration form?
You receive the filled-in registration form by email, in case of choosing the payment by bank transfer you receive also the payment instructions containing your specific variable symbol. After processing your application, we will contact you.
What is indicated on the membership card?
The membership card is non-transferable, it bears the name of its holder and the expiration date. The Family card bears two names of both card holders.
You have a valid membership but do not receive invitations to the NGP Club of Friends events by e-mail?
First of all, check the spam folder and save the address in your list of contacts. If you do not receive emails afterwards, please contact us at to check your contact information.
When and how do we contact new members of NGP Club of Friends?
Each new member receives first information email once their card becomes valid. If you buy membership as a gift, we never contact its recipient prior to the card validity.
Is it possible to receive the settled membership by post?
Yes, it is possible in case of the online order and the accomplished bank transfer or card payment.
How can I prolong my membership?
The membership can be prolonged by purchasing a new card. We are currently working to facilitate the prolongation process.

How do I enter NGP with my membership card?
Each member is obliged to show his/her membership card at the NGP ticket office where he/she receives a valid ticket. You present your membership card also at the entrance to the exhibition with valid ticket.
How can I register for an event organized by NGP Club of Friends?
NGP Club of Friends organizes guided tours exclusively for its members every year. Invitations to these events are sent only by email. Registration is possible only at
For whom are NGP Club of Friends events intended?
Unless otherwise in the event invitation stated, the invitation goes exclusively for the membership cards holders only with the exception of the members in the Supporter category who can bring one guest and in the Family category, which allows entry to both holders of the card.
What is the difference between NGP Club of Friends events and guided tours within the NGP public program?
Invitations to the NGP Club of Friends events are conditioned upon the valid membership in the NGP Club of Friends. Guided tours within the NGP public program are not conditioned upon anything else but the registration via GoOut or via e-mail address.   
How can I register for a guided tour within the NGP public program?
Registration can be made either via the GoOut business portal or via the email contact address provided on the website detail of the program. Selected guided tours do not require registration.
How much is an entry to a guided tour within the NGP public program?
The price of the guided tours within the NGP public program for the members of category Senior, Friend and Family is the same as for other visitors. For the membership cardholders of category Friend plus and Supporter with one guest the entry is reduced.
