National Gallery Prague is now open every Wednesday until 8 pm

As of September 2018, every Wednesday, all permanent collections and short-term exhibitions of the National Gallery Prague are open to visitors longer hours, until 8 pm.

With the beginning of the new academic year, we have new opening hours. The National Gallery Prague will be open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm, except for Wednesday when the gallery will close later, at 8 pm. We are meeting the wishes of our fans who would like to visit NGP on workdays but until now could not due to their working hours.

In the Convent of St Bohemia it does not pay exceptionally in the following dates: September 19th, October 10th, 17th and 31st.

Apart from this long-term change, note the special opening times of the Waldstein Riding School. For the duration of the exhibition František Kupka 1871–1957, this venue will be also open on Mondays from 10 am to 6 pm.
