The exhibition presents the work of young French architects and landscape architects that were awarded prizes in 2007-2008 as part of the “Nouveaux Albums des jeunes Architectes et des Paysagistes”. It presents the results of a focused policy of the French Ministry of Culture designed to support young architects under 35, for whom launching a successful career in architecture as a rule proves rather difficult. The exhibition includes 40 works of the most varied sorts – ranging from competition projects in urban planning to family housing and gardens in various parts of the world, not limited to France and also including the Czech Republic, Mexico, Korea, Italy, etc. The exhibition was prepared by Culturefrance in cooperation with the Department of Architecture and Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine. In Prague, the exhibition is presented as part of Architectureweek, thanks to the French Institute.
